~ One time in high school we threw a keg across this bridge. To us it was totally normal to cross it with no worries, but to outsiders they had no idea what they were getting into. We figured so many people will be traveling far to get to Manayunk and they wouldn’t want to turn around after seeing the bridge. To this day it’s sill hilarious to me the anxiety we must’ve given to those crossed it.
